Spa Policies
Online bookings are not confirmed until you receive a phone call or text message from our team verifying your service and appointment time. Please ensure your contact information is accurate when booking. A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments.
Arrival & Check-In
We invite you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for check-in and relaxation before your treatment.
To help us serve you better, please complete your Health History Form in advance of your visit.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s).
- No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the service amount.
- Rescheduling within 24 hours is considered a cancellation and subject to the same policy.
